BEC Hail Mary Pass?

    Alright guys, long story short:

I went full court press in studying for FAR (which I better have passed or else I’m going to fight the AICPA in the octagon) during an intense busy season and am suffering from study burnout already.

I’m halfway through my Roger book for BEC. Usually I take notes, but I have only done so for one chapter so far.

My question is, given the new changes to BEC and all, is it possible to score at least a 76 (I could use the breathing room, right?) if I follow my current gameplan to a T?

May 12 (today) – May 18: Finish Roger Book/Note Taking
    May 19 – May 25: All of the Ninja MCQs/Note Re-Write
May 26 – May 30: Final Review with a practice exam on the 26th just to see if I’m comfortable with timing

May 31: Channel my inner Aaron Rodgers against New York Football Giants (let’s not talk about this game) and uncork the Hail Mary for the touchdown.

Thoughts? Am I delusional to think it’s possible to get this done?

"FACT": The odds of consecutively passing all four sections of the CPA exam on the first try: 7%.

    Me: Hold my beer...

    FAR (April 2017): 75+

    BEC (May 2017): 75+

    AUD (July 2017): 75+

    REG (September 2017): 75+

It's possible, but whats the rush? Why dont you take it in July?

    B - passed
    A - passed
    R -
    F -

    B - 81
    A - 87
    R - 73
    F - July 5th

I want to try for the 31st because I would like to get AUD done in July (beginning of testing window) and REG done in August (at the end of the testing window). That way, God forbid, I fail one of these exams, at least I would know which exam I would have to take in Q4.

Additionally, I've taken the last few days of work off before the 31st for my final review. I can't go back and un-request those days off.

Stop playing Turbo, you know you got this! Based on the way you handled FAR, BEC should be light work.

    CPA (2017)

    REG:  75

    BEC:  76

    FAR:  77

    AUD: 78

    CMA (2019)

    P1: 380

    P2: 360

    AUD - 1st - 60 (12/12), 61 (2/13), 61 (8/13), 78! (11/15)
    REG - 55 (2/16) 69 (5/16) Retake(8/16)
    BEC - 71(5/16) Retake (9/16)
    FAR - (8/16)

Here's hoping mtaylo. I believe that I have a fighting chance with this exam, but I felt way more prepared for FAR than for BEC. Idk, the topics in BEC are so dry that I literally have to force myself to study it and pretend to find it fascinating beyond comprehension.

Can't wait till this exam is in the rear view mirror.

I stopped reading after you referenced Aaron Rodgers against the Giants :/ Hope you pass though!
