Back on BEC after my recent 71. Noticed during B1 of Becker 2017 materials there are new hedging questions with some math intensive questions. Is this because of the addition of sims or because the content of BEC is changing?

Also, will ninja mcq be updates for these changes?

@Jeff can you just clarify #2 below if you have a minute? I cannot find anywhere online (not just ninja site) as to what are the “removed” or “added” content topics for Q2 BEC Exams.

To OP: Yes, I will be taking BEC in mid April as my third section (as I anxiously await 3/21 release for my REG score).

Here is what NINJA MCQ – BEC has to say in regards to your question

NINJA MCQ and the “New” CPA Exam

    1) You can still do practice exams if you want (I hate practice exams and think they are a waste of time…you’re much better off spending 4 hours getting immediate feedback). The practice exams still have 90 MCQ, which is more than the actual exam.

    2) There are a few small topics that the AICPA has designated as “removed” from the new 2017 Exam. I will detail which sections they are. I am leaving them in just in case. You can decide if you want to work those problems or not.

    3) The new CPA Exam Blueprints aren’t materially different than the Content Specification Outlines (CSO) that NINJA MCQ is built around. The concepts are the exact same.

    4) To sum it all up: NINJA MCQ still has everything you need to pass the “New” 2017 CPA Exam.

It has all of the CPA Exam Concepts, SIM Prep, and features you need to score North of 75 – and then some (several recent Elijah Watt Sells winners have used NINJA MCQ).
