Just curious, why the hell does Becker have so many questions on B-Law when it is only 10-20% of the exam? They really need to make an adjustment to their software and stop being lazy. Put more MQS in Tax areas and take them out of B-Law. Just saying.

@blue collar nerd , I don't agree , you will find a lot of questions of business structures on the exam and there r kinda tricky and but didn't have any on bankruptcy and had only 2 on contracts. Every exam is different just don't lose any points on this part. GL

I agree that there are a “few” questions, but Becker really overdoes it – for sure. They present the B-Law material as if it was still around 40% of the exam. And, there are way too many complicated MCQ’s that could be spent focusing on Tax. They really need to make some adjustments and focus more on Tax. I know I’m complaining, but it’s true.
