Hello!

I feel incredibly useless today. I passed REG using Wiley but decided to use Becker for FAR. Tonight I sat down, logged in, made my study plan and began the first lecture on FAR. However, I am so confused!! I saw a 2 min or so video of nothing but an introduction to pump me up for studying. Then, when the real studying is to begin, I hear audio but no video of the lecture??

Is this normal? Are the lectures not supposed to have a video? Is it really just audio?

I used Becker a few years ago and it has totally changed. Not as user friendly at all. I tried to mark that I passed REG and wasted a half hour trying to figure that out to no avail. Wondering if Becker is just not for me and I should stick to Wiley.

Sorry for the rant, but if anyone could confirm if Becker is only audio now and no videos please let me know. Thanks!

Yes I'm afraid so. It has a short intro video at the beginning of each module and the rest is only audio.

They don't have the person's face on video, but the audio is of them walking you through the book. They actually point out exactly where to highlight in the book and work out any problems by annotating the book as they are discussing the material. I was a bit thrown off by it to begin with but actually prefer it now.
