Hi all, I been with this firm about a year and a half now doing tax and I am to a point where I don’t feel challenged or learning anything new. I am just wondering when would be the best time to look for job? should I just ride another tax season out then start looking or start ASAP

Eh, not much going on in tax right now as far as challenges go. If this is your second or third tax season I'd wait it out and see if they start throwing more interesting projects or tax returns you way.
Ditching right before tax season is a real power play, but it might not pay off in the end. Be a real kick in the ass to jump ship and then get laid off after busy season.
