Are recruiters supposed to reach out to you once the 3rd party company has completed the background check? My only concern is that I am pretty sure my transcripts wont be sent because I have a graduation hold from this past semester which I plan to pay off as soon as I can. They never reached out and its been 3 weeks now and during my other internships it was never more than a week or two until I was given notice that my checks were complete. I am just assuming they got everything but its such a busy time with onboarding that they never let me know. I emailed my recruiter but havent gotten a response in 5 days.
