Does anyone find it odd that the Book, Audio, and Notes do not all match up?

For instance, there are 12 unique topics total between the books, audio, and notes.

There are 8 topics in the book, 9 audio topics, and also 9 notes topics.

5 topics have a book, audio, and notes.

4 topics have audio and notes.

3 topics have a book only.

I did find that frustrating, but if you are a note taker, and start making separate sections for each single topic (if you want to break it down that much) all you have to do is find out where each of the book, notes, etc go over those topics and pull from there.

I started out with the mindset of matching book with note section and MCQ section, but that just meant I was too rigidly going with the study system instead of finding ways to make it work for me.
