    People who obtained your license or are in process of obtaining your CPA license in California state, I have a question for you!

    Those who got their general experience in public accounting verified from their supervisor, did you get the supervisor’s signature and then send the form to CBA??? Or did your supervisor directly send the experience verification form after signing to CBA?

    Also, when did you take your PETH ethics exams? As the scores are valid only for 2 years.

    You are supposed to have your supervisor directly send the document to the CBA (currently in the process myself). I completed my PETH exam a couple days after receiving my last score, but you can definitely have it done inbetween taking your last section and waiting for your score release.

    @cmrn89 Thank you! I have passed all four sections(Unable to update my profile here, don't know why?)

    I'm still short of 8 credit hours so planning to take them soon. After that i'll take the PETH exam.

    @She: I have not passed any section yet. My CPA supervisors completed the form & sent it to CA board directly. In the general experience form of the CA Board, it is mentioned at the top that it is supposed to be completed & mailed directly to CA board. So I requested my supervisors to follow that to avoid any complications.

    Try to see whether you can do any courses in India which meet the requirements. There are online Accounting courses offered by Chabot College & Foothill College. But the fees are high for people who have ‘non resident' status. I am not sure what the rules or fees are for people not living in US, if that is a separate category than ‘non resident' status.

    Search this site for information about resources to meet the 150 units requirement. I saw a separate thread on this topic. There should be more. You can check the FB group – CPA Exam club run by Brenda where information like this, is shared.

    @hasy: Thanks for helping out! finally registered myself at UNA as that worked for me and is pretty convenient.

    @sacpa
    : Okay. Got it. I will have to talk to my supervisor back in India to send it directly. Thanks for the course info too. I have finally registered for the UNA Accounting Prep program. I am a residing in the US right now, so doing a course from India doesn't work. This forum is just too good, has tons of info from experienced ppl that really helps a lot!

    @She: Good for you! Whichever course/program works as long as the requirements are met.

    I tried to post a link for experience verification service provided by NASBA but could not since I am getting an error message.
