I passed the CA Ethics exam on the first try. I thought it was a cinch compared to the CPA exam, which I failed three times. Then again, I did read the entire book before I attempted the questions. Then I set aside all of Sunday to look up them up before submitting. 92%.

So done! Now just wait for the application and attend the dinner for new Orange County CPA’s in the Fall. I’m in my 40’s, so don’t give up!

Track55, congratulations. After failing twice, I finally passed today. I did the first one on Sunday and the 2nd one yesterday. I think that reading the book is a waste of time. I've learned a lot while going through the test 3 times than reading the entire book.

I'm in my 40's too. Yes. Please don't give up!
