CIA Review Materials That Can Help with BEC

    So while I wait for my BEC results, my boss wanted me to start working on the CIA exam. I came across a ton of information that is free (if you are an IIA member) and a few topics are on BEC. What I noticed the most was how many IT sections there are. There are almost 20 different IT documents provided that each have 20+ pages of information.

    If you are an IIA member and are taking BEC soon, I’d recommend checking it out since it appears none of the CPA review courses successfully prepare us for BEC. I haven’t gone through them all but just the topic titles alone stood out as terms I’ve either seen on the exam or in Becker with little detail. I believe the membership is around $150 for one year.

    I don't think that's fair. NINJA was pretty good.
    Jeff gives enough of a groundwork for about 85% of it.

    I will agree with you re Information Technology.

    That said, I found two useful YouTube channels:

    Woops, I didn't mean to say that for BEC as a whole, just about IT. I agree, Ninja did a great job with their MCQ. My bad!
