I’m using Becker and scored a 74 on REG & a 68 on BEC. I waited until the last 2 weeks to REALLY study BEC and changed 2 answers on REG. I don’t want to have to take these exams again so I’m considering purchasing the combo for both. What are your thoughts on combining Ninja and Becker? Is Becker sufficient by itself? Did you see significant improvements in your score with Ninja? If not the combo, which Ninja products would you recommend?

    REG - 78
    BEC - 68, Retake 9/17
    FAR - 12/17
    AUD - 3/17

Trying to finish this, so I can get on with my life.

I also pre-purchased the Becker Final review. … Again, I just want to make sure I don't have to retake these dang tests again so I'm willing to spend the extra money, if needed, on Ninja.

Hi, I passed BEC with 94 on March. I just used Becker. Video-lecture-exercises. Pretty classic way.

I personally think Becker is sufficient by itself. I did encounter a lot of IT questions that are not covered by Becker, but I don't think any other products can fully cover all IT topics as well. For other topics, I think Becker does great job.

Just make sure you spare enough time on the study. And never give up until the hour before the exam. Materials are just helpful instrument. Wording hard is the only essential factor.

Feel free for any other questions.

Not to hijack this thread but @xiaoyu90922 can you share your study strategy for FAR? Your score is impressive. Thanks in advance.

Thank you @ssaetern! I took FAR on Jan, I spent about 2 months studying it, after work. I follow Becker instruction: watching videos and taking notes, reading through the lectures and then taking all the MCQ exercises. I actually did not do any SIMs before I went to take the exam. But I did my best in finishing learning all the topics and for the final review, I just quickly went through all the topics, redid homework questions that I did wrong in the first time and organized all the entries in the notebook.

I actually got a 4.2 out of 5.0 score in my bachelor degree in accounting, so I have to say I had a solid knowledge base in studying it. For me the most challenging part is the Govt and Non-profit accounting. I never took those courses before. So I had to spare extra attention to them. It turned out that they were tested heavily in my exam.

Fir SIM, I believe I did not do well on it, or I have to thank for the pretest questions and curve.

Anyways, I guess I could write my experience in a more organized way in a new thread. Hope you can get at least some inspiring points from it.

Feel free to ask any follow-up questions.
