    Hello Friends,

So I am taking BEC in 2 weeks. It is my second try with BEC after failing with a 74 and its my last section. Need to pass this time because then two of my scores expire!

I am trending 100%, meaning I finished all the questions. My average score was 77%
I did a lot of new questions to get through the material as quick as possible since it was my second time through ninja (restarted after my exam result).

What do I do next? Just do trouble questions? or just keep doing multiple choice? I see IT is one of my weaker areas and then three other areas are in the up 70%s.

Any ideas? Please and thank you!

It sounds like you are ready right now. I wish you didn't have to wait 2 weeks.

My opinon – keep working the MCQ's with special attention on the sections where your average is lowest until you get those up. Read the entire IT chapter a few times (my test was super heavy IT). But in all honesty, my stats were not as good as yours when I passed BEC. You could likely pass this test right now.

Definitely take the time to focus on your problem areas and figure out why you got things wrong. I reread those sections and worked through my trouble questions so I could understand why I was getting them wrong. After that I reviewed the answers to the SIMs, watched NINJA blitz, and reviewed and reworked some of the more common equations/formulas. My BEC test is tomorrow so now I'm just doing a mix of MCQs to keep everything fresh.

    Good luck!

Good luck to you VDP! how did it go? I did feel ready the first time and I think I missed some easy concept questions. I usually have the problem of panicking if I don't know something and I am not a good test taker!

I am one week out from my test-cannot wait to take it-have been studying for 3 months, feel like it's an overkill. What I have been doing is doing all MCQs-50 to 75 at a time. Then doing specific areas as well, just to make sure I hit those more. I have also listened to some lectures on Becker again (COSO, IT, Globalization). I also plan on doing all of Ninja SIMS, just to read through them and do the same with Becker….

Spend a day creating a sheet of paper with the important formulas and mnemonics. Write that paper 20-30 times to completely memorize it and then when you get into the exam center you can purge it all onto your scratch sheets. I wouldn't do this until a few days before.

Done! 9 tests over 16 months. Failed first 3 with Becker. Passed 4 of next 6 with Ninja MCQ.

If you have 2 weeks left, do all the questions again and reread your notes.

@misoc23 Thanks! My test went well, I think. I had 75 minutes left for the SIMs so was able to take my time. It really helped having looked over the answers to the NINJA SIMS…I had a better idea of what I needed to do.
