Yes I got one from NASBA congratulating me on passing, but also saying you cannot go by a CPA until application is back. I got letter about a month after I passed. Also, make sure to email NASBA, gibing permission to send stuff to the NY board. They didn't automatically send when I passed.

I never got one from NASBA, I received one from the state of Texas with my CPA License application within a week of passing my final test.
