Hi!
I need to reapply for my nts retake. When I logged into cpacentral through nasba I saw this….Due to extremely high application volume, please allow up to six weeks for processing.

Does anyone know if this applies to re applicants or just first timers? Every other time I bought a NTS I received it in about a day. I’d like to wait a little longer to buy my NTS but don’t wanna get screwed if it’s actually taking that long! I’m in Pennsylvania don’t know if that matters or not!

They've had that up since June. It only applies to first timers. I think it's because all the college students graduate in May/June, so they get overwhelmed with first time applicants.

It took me one day to receive another NTS once I applied first time for REG (I had initially applied in June and paid for 3 parts). So you have nothing to worry about. At most it will take 5 days to receive it if you already applied beforehand
