Did anyone watch the webinar today by the AICPA about the CPA exam blueprints?

I really wanted to watch but missed my chance and would really appreciate it if someone filled me in telling me what it was all about?

The topics that have “analysis” level will be definitely tested as Task-Based Simulations while the topics on the Blueprints that have “application” can be either MCQs or TBSs.

I watched it. The important part is that the blueprint is a really good addition to any study review course you have to ensure you know how the various topics will be tested. Big4Beancounter is correct in that they indicated that analysis AND evaluation skills are tested via TBSs, application skills are usually tested via MCQs but can be TBS, and of course remembering and understanding is ALL MCQs.

They walked through a TBS for each section which I thought was valuable. I'm thinking they picked the easiest one from each section because they were pretty basic, with no trickery. They also pointed out that the new tax law will be updated in REG in 2019 which has been said in this forum before. I have the slides from the webinar if you want them.
