Well I guess that answers the question of whether or not I should take score release day off of work so I don't feel bad about not being productive. Score release during month end close out?????? Oh well–Let the countdown begin.

If the exams aren't curved, as the AICPA claims, why doesn't the score pop up as soon as you're done like it does for the GMAT?

    BEC 4/08/14 - 92
    FAR 5/31/14 - 90

I love the response to the 18 month window question. “Perhaps the real issue here is the test-taking strategy”. O_o

To me, it would be quite difficult to try and take 2 exams in a window when I'm still trying to determine what studying strategy works best for me on my first exam.

Using Ninja MCQ, NINJA Notes, Audio, Flashcards and BLITZ, and 2014 Wiley Text

    FAR - (61,63)
    AUD - (68)

Yeah, I love that. I study full time and I barely can do two tests a window. A literal impossibility if you're working full time.

    BEC 4/08/14 - 92
    FAR 5/31/14 - 90

Sure wish the release windows were more frequent… taking the exam a day later than I originally intended means I have to wait an extra month 🙂

Does it really mean they only release scores on those specific dates? Or that's their own deadlines and they can release scores like throughout the months? I took Reg yesterday, I have to wait till May 2? Oh Lord April is gonna be sooooo long.

Sorry, they won't release it throughout the month. The earliest you should see it before their “target date” is the Ninja date of 1 business day before the target.

    AUD 84 (1/9/14-Wiley books/TB + free materials)
FAR 83 (5/21/14-the above + NINJA 10 Pt Combo Lite)
    REG 84 (7/9/14-Wiley books/TB + NINJA Audio/FC/Notes)
    BEC 76 (10/5/14-Wiley books/TB + NINJA Audio/FC)

GAH! I just took Audit yesterday. I don't feel like I bombed it but I also don't feel like I aced it either. Why, oh why do I have to wait an entire month for my score?

    And… Do I:

    a) Continue to study for AUD so that I'm ready to retake immediately (if I get a failing score) or

    b) Start studying for FAR yet again so I can take it for a 3rd time at the end of May?

    FAR: 72,69,81
    BEC: 75
    AUD: 64,85
    REG: 41,84

Since FAR is a retake and you are at least familiar with all of the topics and AUD would be a retake IF you failed it then I say move on to FAR to take at the end of May. Normally I would not suggest moving on to another section until you have passed the one you're currently on, but since you have already moved on from FAR to AUD then it's kind of a null point to make.

Thanks! I've been leaning towards that but of course keep going back and forth. I actually applied for FAR, BEC, and AUD last Sept, hoping to have passed them by now. Failing FAR twice definitely set me back a little bit. But because my notices were going to expire, I had to move on and take BEC and AUD (hence part of the reason I was not fully prepared for AUD). I squeaked by BEC with a 75 so I can only hope I will do that with AUD too! It would be great to hopefully have passed AUD and to knock out FAR by May. Then I'd only have REG left (which I'm dreading) but still! I can hope!

    BEC: 75
    AUD: 64,85
    REG: 41,84
