CPA Exam Scores: REG July August Wave 2
September 21, 2009 at 9:35 pm #204594
Any word on whether or not we can really expect REG scores tonight from NASBA?September 21, 2009 at 10:35 pm #204595
CPA Stressed – This seems to be the pattern I have noticed over the last two windows:
AICPA release date (usually around 4:00 p.m. central)
NASBA released next business day (most between 8:00 and 9:00 p.m., the rest the next morning).
In other words, since REG was released on Friday, I think we may get some action tonight. Jeff may disagree…September 21, 2009 at 10:48 pm #204596

Not tonight – but I was told that the new batch of REG would be out by tomorrow evening.September 21, 2009 at 10:49 pm #204597
I hope something comes out tonight. I'll be hitting refresh like its my job this evening. LOL.September 21, 2009 at 10:51 pm #204598
BEC and REG #1 will be released via NASBA tonight.
REG #2 will be released via NASBA tomorrow night. I was told this directly from NASBA.
Scores *only* come out in the evening around 9pm Eastern, so if you read somewhere that they'll be out in the AM, or some other time – it's not true.

Oh darn. Just saw Jeff's post. 🙁September 21, 2009 at 10:51 pm #204600
Jeff, what about any remaining REG scores from the first AICPA batch (last friday)
Isn't it possible that some NASBA states have yet to post those?September 21, 2009 at 10:52 pm #204601
sorry jeff just saw your new postSeptember 21, 2009 at 10:52 pm #204602
What's up with this "new batch" of REG scores? This is my first window so I'm not sure of the process. Why did they hang on to some?
I think I read someone's post earlier that said they rescore the 74s and that causes those scores to come out later. Any ideas?September 21, 2009 at 10:52 pm #204603
oh…okay, REG 1 will be out tonight. Let's hope all of us are part of REG 1. Thanks Jeff!September 21, 2009 at 10:56 pm #204604
I would never challenge you.. you are hands down the only mortal person I know that has a grasp on this whole process; however, I have definitely received my score from NASBA in the morning and even in the afternoon one time.September 21, 2009 at 10:59 pm #204605
Well…they used to release in the AM…they stopped that a few months ago.
During the afternoon? Never seen that…what state are you from?September 21, 2009 at 11:01 pm #204606

Do all NASBA states post at the same time usually? I live in WI, and I thought I read somewhere that they wait until they have all the scores for all the exams to post.
Thank you in advance.September 21, 2009 at 11:25 pm #204613

NASBA states post at the same time…except for WI, which releases all scores at the end of the Wave, unfortunately.September 21, 2009 at 11:27 pm #204615
If NASBA is posting tonight or tomorrow night, do you think Cal board of accountancy will post in the same time frame, or will it be delayed a day?

Are you expecting the same scenario for CA?! I mean the score release by 9:00 pm eastern time.
