It’s taking very long to load page on cpa excel website. I am sure there is nothing wrong with my network, as other pages are loading up just fine. Just to make sure I tried to login with other network, and it’s loading terribly slow. I am experiencing this since last couple of days after 5 pm (Pacific). Are you guys having same issue?

If you're talking about Wiley CPAexcel, then yes, I'm having similar issues. It'll be on the loading page with the spinning circle thing but the page itself is fully loaded because I can press the refresh button and not the X on my browser (which does nothing). I try opening incognito windows and that sometimes helps.

I'm glad it's not just me. I have noticed that early in the morning when I study around 4:30am cpaexcel is fine, but for the last few nights if I try and study after work I can never get on. I thought it was my connection but I can load Ninja questions just fine. I have talked to the help desk at Wiley before about it and they said that I should just keep trying to log in.

Hey all…have you noticed issues on tbs with wiley course? For me..sometimes the answer grid won't allow typing number..so I spell. Explanation will say it's correct…but it's ultimately marked incorrect. One incorrect answer marks the whole sim incorrect.
It's hard to move ahead with in incomplete status…so I redo..n still the same. I am frustrated!!! Asked for a refund…don't know how likely I am to get it. As much as I love wiley…can't afford to lose time.Used other courses b4…never had software issues ever.

I had the exact same issue. I was unable to access at all part of Monday night and it was painfully slow last night. I called CPA Excel and the representative said the issue has been resolved and suggested I could've used the offline flash drive. The representative also said the engineers are only aware of the system issue lasting 10 min, but it lasted much longer for me. I think they should at least send out an email to users saying there was a system issue or compensate users for time wasted. I like CPA Excel, but I hope system issues don't become a habit especially considering the cost of the software.

I know they had scheduled downtime last night (Midnight to 8:30 AM) this morning — They're upgrading to Amazon Web Servers to HOPEFULLY speed up the software. The “New Format” CPAexcel has always run slower for me than the old version, but such is life.
