    Hi,
I’m having thoughts regarding if i need to apply or start fulfilling the requirements for licencing as soon as i pass the 4 sections.
I know that and advantage of the licence is that u get to practice other than that are they any advantages or disadvantages of the licence?
I ask this since i am an international(non-US) student and appearing from my exam in the UAE and that has a requirement to get your licence within 3 years or your credits for that purpose will expire(forever), so im thinking if i dont get it now it may be almost impossible for me to get one in the future and weather i may repent it.
ALlo i have no intention to practice at this moment though.
Need help from anyone wh’os licensed or has some info to share on this with me.

    AUD - 76
    BEC - 86
    FAR - 87
    REG - 82
If you take longer, doesn't mean you failed as long as you get the job done.

I don't think you can say you're a CPA unless you're licensed. So on your signature, you can't even put “mm95x, CPA”. Even people who have been licensed can either put “mm95x, CPA (Inactive)” or nothing at all.
It's one thing to say you're a CPA or even you were licensed but let it expire, it's another to try to qualify, every time you have to explain the situation, that you passed the exams but never applied.
I applied the day after I found out I passed my last test, it was just another step in the process. By the time you're finished with them all, at least apply and get licensed. If you don't want to keep up with the CPE or fees, let it expire.
