So i just learned about the moderate vs. difficult question point system thing and was starting to wonder. Is it possible to receive the 75 points needed to pass the CPA on the MCQs alone before you even start the the sims???

Interesting question. I guess we may never know how the exams are weighted. I've heard of people who passed even though they left most of the SIMs blank *of course they could be exaggerating*.

I ask because i know the outline says 50% MCQ and 50% TBS, but if the fist second testlet difficulty is different for different people. Then the total possible points they could earn would be different and there wouldn't be away to balance that back out later in the test.
