    Wiley Question –

    I am so frustrated dealing with Wiley customer service. Every time you go to add a product it doesn’t show up on the log in screen, you have to talk to 3-4 people before they suggest to delete your account and start over, they cannot figure out which product you are asking them about. I just don’t understand. Are they a mom n’ pop shop and technologically challenged? Have you guys had similar experiences with them and/or the other companies?

    They are a joke! I submitted an error/ query with one of their MCQ questions and they got back to me nine weeks later, nine weeks! I tried to point this out to them, that this length of time wasn't really satisfactory for the service we're paying for, but it fell on deaf ears. Best of luck with them- I like the product but the service level is terrible.

    That's where I am at with them too. I like the product and i don't really want to start over with a new software but its mission impossible trying to communicate with them.

    Try using a different web browser if you haven't already. I was using chrome and switched to internet explorer with no problems of products not showing up. Their software does seem to have the most problems overall though.
