Is anyone else out there having issues getting their payment coupon?? I have no idea what is going on with NASBA. Why would they move to a new system and hold up people’s payment coupons like this. I imagine after I get this stupid coupon, then the NTS might be held up for another couple of weeks. No idea what to do since I need to schedule an exam ASAP but can’t. This is so frustrating.

Yep, I'm waiting for my payment coupons as well. Paid my state board fees last monday and haven't gotten any kind of update yet. Before the process changed, I had my payment coupons within about a day and then got my NTS in another day or two once I paid.

Super frustrating.

I paid on 3-24 and I am still waiting. I need my NTS ASAP because I plan to take BEC in June. There are limited available dates in June. 🙁

I'm super close to calling/emailing as many people as possible at NASBA to get them to issue my payment coupons and NTS. I think only the states who aren't using the CPA Central are affected (I'm going through VA Board). But I know some people in Virginia who did get a quick turnaround on their coupon/nts..not sure how I can be so unlucky..sigh..

I am also one of those who needs to book a date in June.

Before they implemented 2.0, it took only 2-3 business days to get both payment coupon and NTS (if you pay immediately once you receive the coupon).

I reapplied via ILBOE Thursday. Right now Monday has passed and gone and yet no sign of payment coupon in my NASBA Gateway 2.0 portal.

I applied and paid for a new NTS via NC State Board last week, and they charged my credit card. What is this payment coupon that everyone has been talking about? I use the new NASBA Gateway 2.0 to check my score, view/print NTS and etc. I see that my old NTS is still listed there, but I don't see any updates under “Pending Payments” or “Receipts” tabs on the website. Can someone clear the confusion as to how this new NTS process works on my end please? Thanks.

From my understanding, NASBA used to email the information to you, but now the the payment coupon and NTS is available only on NASBA's website. After I paid, my payment showed under the receipt tab and about 20 minutes later the NTS was available under the NTS tab.

I initially paid my state for the exam fees. It took about 8 days for NASBA allow me to pay through the payment coupon. Then I paid for the two exams and I received my NTS shortly afterwards.

Got my NTS. I'm surprised it didn't take that long – maybe 4 days, and I didn't have to do the whole payment coupon stuff. I paid the fees via my state board then NASBA uploaded the NTS on the new Gateway site 4 days later.
