    NINJA Question –

I am wondering if anyone just passed FAR by just doing Ninja MCQ’s and learning the material that way?

I only used mcq to pass FAR but I had over 20 years gl experience and I think that was how I managed to pass just using MCQ, I never could have with another section.

mkaur: The first time I took FAR I had used WileyCPA Review to go through each lesson. Long story short, I ended up failing but not by drastically much. I purchased Jeff's Ninja Notes and used them as a review and took it first opportunity next window. Needless to say the NinjaNotes were what I needed to push my score into passing range.

That being said, I highly recommend them, but unless like mla11692 financial accounting and reporting is your forte I'd recommend using them as must have supplementary material to tack on those extra points.

P.S. Becker, Roger, Wiley and Ninja have more extensive programs.

    -Good luck 🙂

I did a quick skim of the ninja book and then onto ninja Mcq for 7 weeks and got an 84. I listened to audio in the car too but not sure that helped much exam day. Ended up doing ~4K mcq.

I also copied explanations into Evernote for questions I didn't know to study later.

Did the same thing for BEC minus the book and got an 84 as well. Took about 5 weeks and ~3k mcq for BEC.

That's just how I learn. I really don't retain too much just from reading and lectures seemed pretty inefficient to me.

I would just go through Ninja MCQ in order section by section until I had answered them all. Then I would go through and do all of the questions I missed again. After than, just random sets till exam day.

I made sure to understand the concept of every question and why each choice was right/wrong. It's also key to take notes on key concepts and trouble areas from the Ninja explanations.
