Did NINJA MCQ prepare you for real exam (AUD)?

    NINJA Question –

Hi all! So I am taking the AUD section next Saturday and wanted an opinion from those of you who have passed/taken the exam.

So I originally was going to ask if any of the MCQ’s you did in NINJA showed up on the real exam but i’m assuming that would be a violation of the AICPA thing you sign after the exam.

As a result, I am going to rephrase my question: Did you feel that NINJA MCQ prepared you well for the actual MCQ’s? Also how many MCQ’s did you do leading up to the exam?

This is the second time I am taking AUD (I took it a few months ago using Becker only and got a 70). I realized that watching the lectures wasn’t helpful for me and so my study plan this time has been to spend the past few weeks just reading the Becker book and taking notes; I did not do any Becker MCQ’s this time.

However, now in my final “review” week, my plan is to just drill NINJA MCQ. In the past 2 days I have done 500 questions and plan on doing 200-300 per day from now until Thursday. I am trending at 75% as of now and seem to be improving each day. Hence why I wanted to ask the question above. Any advice would be great!

I’m taking my audit exam tomorrow, and I used Becker to study. I feel Becker did a fine job of preparing me for the exam. Granted, I still need to see if I pass, but overall, I feel pretty comfortable with most of the concepts. I think it’s important to find a study course that fits your learning needs. For example, I studied for FAR using Gleim and I was overwhelmed with all the reading and over the top MCQs. I’m more of an auditor/video learner, and I feel Becker excels at that compared to Gleim.

As far as NINJA goes, I feel most people use it as a supplemental study course. I do feel that the Becker questions are a tad bit harder than the NINJA questions, but I heard that the Becker questions are actually harder than what’s on the exam. I guess I’ll find this out tomorrow.

Last round in Q1 I used Becker. However, this Q4 round, I am only sticking to Ninja (as I did Ninja- FAR, and passed with a 75). Will sit for AUD in 2 days, will update !
PS Also plan to use Ninja only for BEC
