Does this mean that accruals paid out by april 15th are now deductible (as opposed to March 15th). Also does this mean the new date where statute of limitations on for taxes starts is now APRIL 15th?

Okay. So does that mean C-Corps have until April 15th to pay out accruals to be deductible in that tax year.
