Ethics Exam not saving progress

I was working on the ethics exam last night. It’s about an 8 hour “course”. I spent about 2 hours doing it and then exited, went back in today and it hadn’t saved my progress!!

It let me select where to start though, doesn’t seem like it’s actually “recording / confirming” that you watch the videos (like if you get a driving ticket and have to take an online course….you can’t skip ahead, you HAVE to watch everything.)

I have no intention of skipping ahead, I’m going to watch the whole thing…but I don’t want to watch another 2 hours, exit improperly again and then end up having to watch the whole thing again!

Has anyone taken this and do you know how it works? Are they really just looking for you to pass the exam at the end?

I did not watch any of the videos and got a 97 on the exam. The email I got from the TSCPA told me to just pull up the test in one browser and the study materials in another and just looks for the answers as you go through the exam. You just have to get a 90 or higher, they don't ask about the percentage watched, they just want the final certificate with your score on it.
