I finished my CPA exam, but I am not sure if I have ethics units to apply for the license. So my question is whether the ethics units for CPA exam the same as ethics units for California Licensure?

CBA will evaluate if you have enough ethics units to meet the requirement. If you don't have enough units you may have to take additional courses that qualify as ethics courses before they issue you the license. This is part of your education requirement. In addition you need to take the online ethics exam.
