Excess business loss – REG

    What is the limit of excess business loss one can take against ordinary income?
    In beckers lectures they are using 250k/500k, but in their sims the correct answer uses 255k/510k.

    Becker updated their book in June. If you dont have the updated version, the numbers could show as unadjusted. The questions normally updates pretty fast so I would say that's accurate.
