My first valid credit is on 30.Nov.2017 ,, & my plan is to re-take the final exam in early November , but i lose time of waiting untill i got the score

if i retake my exam on 28/Nov/2017 and the score release on dec.2017 , do i lose my credit that i have on 30.Nov.2017 ???

No. It is all based on your test date. If you take, and pass the exam, on 11/28 before your 11/30 expiration, you'll be fine no matter when the score release occurs.
