I’m wondering if anyone can help me with a question on the PLUS videos for FAR. I’m about to start studying today and my plan is to start with the PLUS videos. My question is if anyone knows which videos, if any are irrelevant for today’s environment. I don’t want to spend time learning something from them that has completely changed since then. Any insight would be much appreciated.

I've used the videos as a refresher for specific topics like bonds, leases and investments. I do not have a video course other than Ninja. I am reading the book and doing the mcq's. I hope it's enough to pass far.

Conceptually, the videos are still very solid and people seem to love them, so I still offer them with the monthly plan … I am in the process of making an “update” list, so any updates you see – if you email me, I'd be grateful.

Thanks for the responses! Jeff, I'll be sure to let you know if I find anything. I enjoyed the AUD videos greatly, which is why I purchased FAR. I'll continue to go through them this week. I was just concerned with that maybe Bob was teaching something that is completely different than what it is today. Would you recommend going through the NINJA book as well before I start mcq?

I forgot to put the part about the concepts. You are absolutely correct. I personally like and use the videos, I thought I would jump start the conversation again since RyonT was trying to make a study decision. Besides, I don't have any money to buy anything else so, Ninja is stuck with me. For now 🙁

I started watching the video's for FAR but then I started to feel uneasy with them and updates. I think Bonds was one of the ones but I don't remember all. I switched to HOCK video's because I needed something cheap and fast. I like the other Ninja tools though.

@Ashei07 How was your experience with HOCK. Were they to the point or did you have to do a lot of sorting out to match to your study materials.
