There is no magic number of study time. Really. I never kept track of the time I spent studying and restudying for FAR. You need to LEARN it as if you're making sure that you UNDERSTAND everything.
For every topic, you're a bit unsure on. Keep studying that part to make you understand more. If you're worried about TBS, start practicing SIMS more. For every section you review, make sure you do a TBS for that area.
I don't really use the score report that much, if you like to, see which areas you may need to work on. When I restudied, I pretty much learned everything again and rewrote my notes twice. I made sure to do every SIM that my review had and made it a point to do SIMs everyday. I didn't do all of ninja sims but there was way to much.
