    So, I am in the review stage with my FAR retake in 2 weeks. I have began to take non-stop mcq, which is lovely – dripping with sarcasm. I have a problem that I can’t figure out how to overcome. I take 10 questions and get a 80%, take 20 question and get 65ish, take 30 questions and get in the 50’s.What is going on. I believe I know the concepts, but why do i get worse with the more questions I have in a testlet? Am I the only one with this issue??? HELP!

    I honestly hate the number 67..... officially the worst number ever. Ugh, but 73 feels so much worse.

    AUD - Ā 67 ; 73 - retake August.

    BEC - 69

    FAR - 63, 67, RetakeĀ TBD

    You could just be getting more challenging questions. Don't let this get in your head! Looks like you got a 63 on your last test. You are not too far off! You can do this. I also have 2 weeks until I take the FAR exam. Make sure you are not seeing too many repeat questions, if so, get new study material. You can only do what you can do….put in max hours and effort. Not just MCQ. Do sims, study those Governmental journal entries until you're sick.

    I've passed the other 3 sections and the single most important piece of advice I can offer you is to rally with 2 weeks to go. Everyday do more than the day before, no days off, no letting your foot off the gas. You will get to the test and everything you will have seen within the last 2 weeks and you'll get that magical 75+

    REG - 78
    DONE!

    BEC: 85

    I know what you mean and thank you for the advice! I did a few things differently this time around. Since I was using Wiley, I switched to using ninja notes, audio, and mcq. Although it is not an excuse, I walked into the last exam hoping to learn the atmosphere and the test taking experience. I hoped to pass, but I was definitely lacking in a few areas, which I noticed when I restudying this time. So I watched all the blitz videos because I am a visual learner and made index cards on the ninja notes. I figured since have to rewrite the notes, I should just utilize this time to make the index cards to review. I am under a bit more pressure this time to pass and I think this is why I am going into slight panic mode. I KNOW the test is hard, but man is it kicking my butt!

    Is this your first time taking FAR?

    I haven't taken FAR yet…scheduled for Nov 14th…

    @mperez102204
    I'm using Wiley CPAexcel. What would your suggestions be? I will be done reading the book and studying on the 1st of November and then it is two weeks of review. Should I just do MCQs and SIMS only? Or should I read back through the book and take more notes? Do you suggest I get Ninja MCQ on top of Wiley or will Wiley be sufficient? How do you manage to relearn material from the beginning? I started studying the 15th of August so I'm worried that I will have forgotten a lot of it, or does it usually come back pretty well?

    How can I tell if I am prepared enough to pass?

    This is my first time taking the test ever, so I appreciate any guidance that can be given to me
