Can anyone confirm for me that California CPA accepts FEMA College Credits after they are transferred to Fredericks Community College in Maryland?

Your best bet is to email the California Board directly. Any info you get here is unofficial. Every time I've emailed The Board with a question, I've received a response within less than 24 hours.

It usually take some time to get answers on here, especially when it's specific to one form of credit, one college it's transferred to, and one state accepting it. It's still business hours in CA, so a lot of CA people won't even be online yet. So…I don't know specifically for CA, can't answer that question, but I would advise that you be patient and give people at least a few hours to reply before bumping and re-posting.
