Hello everyone,

Yesterday I was fortunate enough to be offered a spring internship with a Big 4 in NYC. I don’t graduate for another two years. They already want to know my preference with regards to FS vs what they call “Metro” (everything else). FS sounds sexier, but I’m not convinced that’s so true. I have heard that commercial can provide a wider range of learning and experience.

Is the distinction even that important at this point? I am interested in going from audit to TAS or something similar like accounting advisory around the time I become a senior associate in audit.

Any advice or thoughts would be appreciated.
