    Hello everyone,

I’ve been trying to get my university transcripts evaluated since late March. What happened is that after my transcripts were received at NASBA, it took around 8 weeks and countless phone calls and emails to get my transcripts processed and put up for evaluation (they said that my transcripts were misplaced in the beginning).

After that, it took another 7 weeks for them to tell me that the first page of my transcripts was missing, and that I had to resend them. After having them received again a week ago, I’m told that they need a week to process them, and then they will be evaluated within 6 weeks. That’s 7 more weeks from today.

At this point in time, seeing that I’ve been studying for REG for about 4 months, I feel like I’m in panic mode. It is getting increasingly difficult to retain all the REG information, and I will likely miss my chance to do the exam in Q3, and I will only have Q4 to do my exam, before the new changes are introduced in 2019.

I need advice. I can never get hold of my coordinator (I call several times per day, and I’ve only ever gotten 1 reply from many emails sent to her).

The customer service keep telling me that they cannot do anything unless it passes the times passes the standard 6 week processing time.
