Is sales contracts warranty tested at all? Like implied warranty, title, etc. I didn’t see it in the Becker book but it’s on NINJA mcq. Not sure if I should study for it..

Well, when you don't know ask the question was what I was taught. But there is a do not study list under the ninja mcq link. I think it might be listed in another post. Try the do not study post or related.

I found that Ninja still has a lot of questions that are not at all covered in Becker. I am going by Becker…and Ninja does have a do not study list…
