    Guys I went from 70 through Becker and went to 59 with Gleim. I have heard really good stories about Gleim but my experience has not been good. I have lost my strength. I genuinely need your help.

    Passed all mine using Becker, well third attempt on FAR used Wiley. Listened to lectures on Becker then smashed through MCQs and SIMS for hours each night. Each study material has good reviews and preferences, just pick which one you want and mold it to fit your study style.

    Aud - 75

    Reg - 66, 78

    Far - 72, 74, 80

    Bec - 74, 81

    I have both Becker and GLEIM. I would use Becker to learn the material and get a good grasp of it. GLEIM prepares you to get a 100 but it is overwhelming when you are learning it. I would use Becker for the MCQ and Gleim for the SIMs.

    Also, look at this thread below.

    Potential FAR Simulation Topics Straight from the AICPA

    I went from a 64 to an 84 with the help of this.

    BEC = 79

    AUD = 79

    FAR = 84

    REG = 86

    Prayer + AICPA blueprints = my success

    BEC = 72 (6/08/16)
    FAR = ?
    REG = ?
    AUD = ?

    I would suggestion that you relearn all of the chapters. With a 59, it's clear that you are missing a lot of important details.

    Start from Chapter 1 and go all the way to Chapter 20.

    As you finish each chapter, do some MCQ's and don't move on from that chapter until you can get at least a 75% on a quiz in which the questions you are seeing aren't repeats of what you've done before. The custom quizzes are amazing in that you get feedback as you are doing the questions so you can do those to supplement your reading.

    1 week out from the exam, do a serious mock exam on GLEIM and it will identify your weak areas. Any areas on the test you take that you don't get at least a 75% on, go back and re-study them.

    Why not stick with becker then? I used becker to prep and I passed all four sections on my first try.
    My colleague on the other hand, uses Gleim and he's really struggling. Took all sections twice and only have two so far.

    AUD - 87
    BEC - 80
    FAR - 85
    REG - 89

    Had no trouble passing with Gleim. Gave me a good enough beating to get me through 3 consecutive passes. @OP How are you doing on the test bank questions? If you can stomach an 70+ average on it with only new and unseen questions, you shouldn't have much trouble flying through the exam.

    FAR - 81
    REG - 82

    @publicsectorunion hit the nail on the head, that's how I got comfy with the Gleim questions. Random 20 MCQ sessions in the mega testbank for each study unit, refusing to move to the next unit until I scored at least a 75. With Gleim's TB, you will automatically get your wrong answers in the next session, which helps with reinforcing those tough questions. I could breeze through some units in a few sessions, but be stuck on something like Govt and NFP for days. Then Ninja MCQ helps during the final weeks leading into the exam. Gleim has suggested steps, but they didn't work well for me.

    I have used Becker, Gleim, NINJA and Roger Cram. Everyone has different optimal learning styles. Gleim sims are great, the Becker book and outlines are good, Roger and NINJA has great vids, and the NINJA MCQ analytical software is a must-have for every exam.

    @mtaylo24-Congratulations man! I knew you would get it!

    I passed BEC and REG with Becker on my first try. But then I did not get through other two sections and my Becker access expired. Now Becker is really expensive and I am thinking whether I should buy it again or not.

    @Lentilcounter Gleim is very overwhelming and it reduced my score as well I don't know how did it happen. Thank you for the link. I am thinking now because Becker is already expensive and it got expired now should I buy again or not is a big question for me.

    Hey man I took and passed all 4 sections on the first try w/ just Becker, it's definitely doable (you don't need to resort to others). After you go through the lectures/materials, make sure you do all the HW and progress test MCQs multiple times.

    I feel that's more than sufficient and was never sure why buying test banks was necessary (unless that's your sole source of study material). An important thing to keep in mind when doing MCQs is to know why the other 3 answers are incorrect.

    I don't spend too much time studying for Sims because they're always harder on the actual exam than Becker, although it's good to get used to the AL research questions.
