    Hello all,

I was able to pass the CPA exam and get into a pretty good Masters program without ever having taken the GMAT.

However, I am now interested in obtaining a Phd and need a good score on the GMAT to open up more options. I’m shooting for a fairly high score (720+).

Quantitative stuff will be my weakness as I never went past college algebra and the sophomore level business stat class and sophomore level business calculus class taken years ago.

There are so many fake/paid reviews out there. So I thought I would go to a forum without a GMAT focus that has lots of people who HAVE actually taken the GMAT (unlike myself).

Advice on programs you’ve used and had success?

    FAR 81

    AUD 83

    BEC 93

    REG 84

    I heard Princeton was overrated.

Check out Manhattan GMAT. It’s probably the best out there. If you take the course, only instructors from top MBA schools teach it. And checkout gmatclub.com for more info about preparing and choosing a course. Good luck!

I got a 760 on GMAT and I just used the reviewers (free) from the GMAT Club forum. You might want to try the Official GMAT reviewer so you can get a feel for the software.
