When I go play poker at the casino there are people that can’t wait to tell you about their bad beats. It’s like they are excited about how they managed to lose money. Then there are others that just sit there quietly and grind and make money without making it a big deal. You have to decide which type of player in life you’d like to be. Winning is the ultimate goal and doing whatever it takes to do so should be the priority. There is no question that you can pass these exams if you put in the effort. These tests are not hard if you know the material. Like Jordan, hate to lose more than you love to win. Focus and put in the effort and the results will come.
“Im still going to pursue but mentality im pretty fatigued.”
Take time off. A few days, a whole week, whatever. Spend it on random stuff you enjoy, not even reading any material or doing a single MCQ.
Your brain is a muscle like any other, it's not gonna retain info if your lifting is half-hearted. You have a whole 18 months, there's no reason you shouldn't at least spend today focused on sleeping in, eating some healthy stuff, hitting the gym, spending the night with a hobby, and not even thinking about accounting for one minute.
AUD - 75 BEC - 81 FAR - NINJA in Training REG - 78
If there is a God, please let me pass FAR and be done with it...
You've already passed one… you can pass the rest. In my opinion, REG was the hardest exam and you've already nailed it once. Just keep your head down and really try to APPLY yourself while studying instead of just going through the motions. My journey was a 4 year journey, and trust me, I had similar thoughts (and scores) as you. But its totally worth the investment in yourself at the end of the day.
I enjoy my career much more now that I am licensed, not to mention I have a ton of “free time” now
