Let’s post what we’re dressing up as for Halloween.

I’m wearing my costume to work – I work at a bank.. I am going as a roller derby girl, which is kind of easy since I actually do play roller derby. Already got the OK from HR to wear my skates.

I’m thinking my ensemble will include skates, knee high purple and black skull socks, black tights, a black skort, my Shasta Roller Derby team shirt with my skate name and number on it (Wendy Wrathcomes #704), pigtails, knee guards, and fake tattoos on my arms. I’ll probably do my makeup a little more dramatic than normal. Not planning on wearing my wrist guards, elbow guards, mouth guard or helmet.. hopefully won’t need those at work. Unless someone pisses me off, in which case I’ll just shoulder check them and skate away.

I’m just excited to get to wear skates to work! Guess I’ll be taking the elevator instead of the stairs that day… 🙂

Kandis, check out the roller derby episode of Pysch. It's on Netflix. Just saw it this morning.

I'm going as a Deficiency. I had thought about going as a Significant Deficiency, but I wanted to stay below the radar of those charged with governance.

OMG, accounting jokes. This soooo needs to be over already.

    AUD - 88
    FAR - 90
    REG - 85
    BEC - 88

    I dunno… a $500 petty cash fund kept in a shoebox?

A manual labeled “Documentation of the Components of Our Internal Control” and when you open the first page there's just one entry: “Don't steal stuff.”

Or since one example of a deficiency is “Employees or management who lack the qualifications and training to fulfill their assigned functions,” I could just go as one of my former bosses.

    Ba dum boom. Chhh!

I may have had too much caffeine…

Going as Where's Waldo this year.

Ironic since friends and family haven't been able to find me either since I started studying for the exam.

    -Shawn

Passed AUD, BEC & FAR. Lost credit for AUD & BEC once. Finally finished with REG as dessert. 15 times was the charm.

    AUD: 86
    FAR: 81
    BEC: 80
    REG: 76
