Just wanted to wanted to check in with my fellow Ninja’s that are 75% complete with testing to see how enduring this agonizing long wait for scores is going. I am holding up fairly decently I think. Its habit coming to this site everyday, so I am thinking even when I pass I will still visit not sure how often. I’ve been able to burn off some of my anxiety by going back to gym. I forgot how heavy 225lbs was to bench press…I’ve had several late nights without the sinking feeling of wasting half aday because I slept till noon and have family responsiblities and studying. Still haven’t picked up a golf club, but I did make it to the gun range. Can’t believe I lived in TX for almost 20 yrs and purchased my first handgun 2 wks ago. It was kind of fun, but being as competitive as I am I was very upset my target silhouette looked nothing like my buddy’s. But b/c it was Sunday, there was no “judgement” by him regarding my lack of accuracy.

This seems like way longer than a 3 wk wait as I tested on 5/21.

How have the rest of you been holding up?

@mtaylo24 my REG expires 5/31/17, however my state (CT) is offering an extension if I send the paperwork in. I'll be doing that this weekend. In the meantime I'll go on PTO at the end of July and come back 2 days before the score release. Last time when I flunked BEC i was on PTO. BUZZ KILL. Didn't want to be on a plane when my score comes out. I'll need sleeping pills for that night

@wanna_b In the event of a negative score release, the hardest part will be sobering up for the 3 1/2 week cram!

@mtaylo24 I have considered that “sobering” reality, but I just try to push any serious thought about scores out of my head. Because I have terrible intuition about scores, I've decided I will continue to test until I start losing credit. If they've decided I can't a certified bean counter, I'll do the next best thing and start a “bidness”

I am stuck in limbo as well. I am waiting on my score for my last section which was AUD. I do not feel good at all about it at all. MCQs were very doable. I used Gleim and Becker test questions. However, SIMs were brutal. Very subjective and most were not even remotely similar to my review SIMS.

My BEC credit expires at the end of July. I emailed my state board and this was the response… “If you receive your score in August and you have to take the AUD section again, your credit that expires in July will be extended to allow you to test by September 10, 2017 when the window closes.”

The target score release date is August 17, so this gives me 3 weeks to get my score, submit a new application, wait on the NTS, and pray that an open seat is available for the end of the testing window. It is sometimes impossible to get a seat at the very end of the test window in my location. Not to mention this only gives me 3 weeks to study as well. I guess I can start studying again at the beginning of August just to be safe. But had there not been a delay in the score release I would have had at 1.5 months after receiving my score before I had to retest. While I am very grateful they are willing to extend the credit at all, I am very frustrated at the same time.

@bamagirl my advice in the event the earth slips it's axis and you get an unintended result is to schedule your 9/10 some place fun so immediately after testing you can give yourself a mini vacay. Hi two birds meet my friend, stone!

Been trying to pass my last section since September 2016.

I believe I did alot better than last time which I failed with 72 which I scored stronger in Mcq and weaker in sims. This time around I was gifted with sims similar to what I had seen in my study materials. I am crossing my fingers that I passed so I can move on.

the wait is killing me. I feel more stressed than when I was studying for the test. This was my 3rd attempt at FAR. My REG expires 5/31… It's a pain in the hole.
