How do you know if Prometric is closed?

    We have a forecast of snow tomorrow, and the government is operating at a 2 hour delay (i live near dc). Does prometric contact us if its closed/delayed? The prometric website for Hour Updates is not working…

    So the website is actually updated, and I do not see my prometric center on closing listing, so I am going to assume its open. So my next question is, has prometric closed on the day without 24 hour warning?

    Normally they send you an email and call you. They cancelled my exam two days before I was scheduled and not even due to weather. It was a hassle but nothing I could do. Although they allowed me to reschedule at no charge. Good Luck!
