I kept waking up last night with heart palpitations but got an 81!!! (this was a retake – originally got 69 in Aug – then crammed Ninja MCQ's for 2 months and it got me 12 points)November 4, 2016 at 2:56 pm #1313026
@Mary Im in a similar situation except I wouldn't know until 22nd. Praying that I pass 🙂November 22, 2016 at 1:18 am #1323008

84! Now just have to find a way to pass FARNovember 22, 2016 at 7:45 am #1323317
Finally passed on 2nd try. First take without Ninja I got a 69 came close. 2nd time added ninja got 84! Was very nervous when I walked out the testing center not knowing whether I passed. Im happy to say if it weren't for Ninja MCQ I wouldn't pass. Thank you very much Jeff. 2 down 2 to go! Time to get this all done with before April 🙂
This year is a little more special.
Happy Thanksgiving everyone!!November 22, 2016 at 8:04 am #1323355
woke up to a 77 on Reg!!! Super excited to have passed … now 3 more to go which will be very hard since tax season is fast approaching. Planning on taking AUD in the beginning of January!November 22, 2016 at 8:10 am #1323373
Found out I passed round 2 of REG this morning, If I can do it anyone can do it. Best of luck to everyone.
Just FAR left to go!November 22, 2016 at 8:35 am #1323415
Passed REG after the 3rd try. Thank you Lord!!! I was making myself sick just thinking about what i would do if i didn't pass. 🙂November 23, 2016 at 10:40 pm #1325650
Passed REG with an 84. Was thoroughly surprised since I skipped 95% of chapter 8. The first 5 becker chapters are 80% of the test. Didn't see the point in spending so much time on the other 20%.
Ran through 6 & 7 but only skimmed through the important parts of chapter 8.
I didn't feel good about the test but I didn't feel bad. Thought my score would be between 74 and 76. Turns out I passed with flying colors. Hopefully I can pass far before the format changes so I can finally be done!December 16, 2016 at 2:48 am #1392881
78 feeling good.FAR is next.December 16, 2016 at 6:53 am #1393025
Passed REG with an 84 (thank you, Jeff!!!!!). Up from a 59!!!!!! On to BEC for a 3rd time. 3 down. 1 to go. Finish line is near.December 16, 2016 at 7:06 am #1393037
I'm done with reg! I'm so glad I don't have to look at that Becker book ever again.December 16, 2016 at 7:20 am #1393053
Got a 76 for REG. Honestly as long as it is a 75 or above all the hours I poured into this exam was worth it.December 16, 2016 at 7:22 am #1393055
Finally done with this annoying REG. This was my least favorite part.December 16, 2016 at 9:38 am #1393371

I passed REG with a 78. I feel very content to have achieved my goal of passing 2 out 4 exams by the end of this year. I spent 8 weeks studying for the exam using Becker. but it would be wrong to say I dedicated each day to studying since I am also working full-time so I had days where I was able to study 3-4 hours after work and on other days, I could barely hit the 1-hour mark but I definitely got through most of my studying on weekends and spent the entire Thanksgiving reviewing the content again. Followed the usual routine: watch video lectures –> review notes –> solve MCQ's –> review flashcards. Rinse. Repeat. What really helped me to remember tax was making 1-paged summary sheets that I kept reviewing at work, during lunch, before bed and during my commute. Blaw was one of the more recent classes I took before graduating so I was glad I remembered most of the material. Spent the last 2 weeks reviewing all the flagged concepts, focusing mainly on tax, and took the 2 Becker finals averaging 65 on each.
Now, on to AUD.December 16, 2016 at 5:29 pm #1394364

Passed Regs with 82 . 1 down 3 to to ! Starting BEC now , planning on taking it March 8th .February 7, 2017 at 1:55 am #1472304
One down, three to go. Spent 4 months prepping for REG so I suppose I shouldn't be too shocked I passed, but I honestly had no clue. Managed this with full-time school and a toddler so completely doable for those who try! BEC in 3 weeksFebruary 7, 2017 at 1:58 am #1472307
Superdude: I started this journey with my baby being under 1 so I understand what a huge accomplishment it is to pass with young kids. Congrats!February 7, 2017 at 2:10 am #1472313
Goingallin, it is so hard hahaha but this score gives me confidence going forward! Best wishes for future exams!February 7, 2017 at 5:54 am #1472366
75! Three down one to go!!!February 7, 2017 at 6:05 am #1472367
I am utterly speechless but just thanking God! I foundout I passed Reg with a 88! By far the highest score Ive had. Went from a 70 to 88!February 7, 2017 at 8:47 am #1472492
I only spent about 80 hours over 8 weeks and squeaked by with a 77; this makes three for three. Now I can concentrate on pulling off a FAR victory in a month…eek!February 7, 2017 at 5:01 pm #1473303
Just found out I got 81 on REG. It was my last section – I AM DONE!!!!!!!!
I thought I had 50/50 chance of passing as flagged quite a few mcqs. I completely left one SIM BLANK (couldn't even put zeroes because I ran out of time) and I felt like I got the research question wrong.
It's been a long journey: I passed each section twice (blame it on tax seasons..) over 3 years.. I can't thank you Another71 community enough for all the information and support. Good luck to everyone – even if you are struggling, just keep going at it and it will get done (trust me).
