So I am a temp at this Mid tier Firm and I hear the recruiter next to my office talk about hiring all the time(obviously). I have been a temp for about a month and I m thinking about going up to her and asking her whether she has a full time job for me but I don’t when’s the right time and what to say/how to start the convo since I don’t know her and she def. doesn’t know me either cz I was hired by a staffing agency.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
FYI: I m a recent grad with a B4 internship experience

Just keep working hard and hope it gets noticed.

Rather than going to the recruiter, maybe casually start dropping hints to superiors that you are interested in full time employment.
Is this a busy season arrangement?
