NINJA Question –

I purchased the all four parts of the ninja flashcards for the July special offer however I cant figure out how to download them ..I created my account on brainscaoe and when I upload the file it says I need to save it as csv……all I done was right click from Jeff email with the link and saved it and tried to upload it to brainscape like the way Jeff sent it …do I need to save it …what do I need to do …I am so ready to study ….

The .csv files are inside of the file you received from Jeff. You need to download the file, unzip it, then go into Desktop/ AUD (or REG, BEC, FAR) Flashcards. You should see several .csv files. Upload those into Brainscape.

i unzipped and upload, but each file reporting error. I got FAR to work weeks ago and can't see to get AUD to work.

I am really getting frustrated ..I am having problems trying to do this …I need some one to guide me

You're navigating all the way into the unzipped folders so that you see each file with the little green icon that almost looks like an Excel icon? (named Reporting etc. for AUD)

Don't include the file named DS Store when you upload.

Alecia and Keisha, view the files that you downloaded on your computer. For each subject, you should have one .zip, extracted into a normal folder. Inside that, there are two folders. Open the one with a name starting with “2014_” and NOT the one named “_MacOSX.” You should now see three folders. Open “Desktop.” Open “AUD (or whatever) Flashcards.” The files that you want to upload are right there. They are named after categories (Audit Reports, Audit Sampling, etc.) and are .csv files.

Now go to Brainscape, to your Library. Click “Create Subject” and call it whatever you want. Now click “Import,” then “Select Files.” Navigate to where the files identified earlier are located, and select only the .csv files. You can select all the files or just one. Click “Open,” then “Import These Cards.”

If that does not work for you, post the exact error you get so it'll be easier to figure out what is going wrong. I hope this helps!
