I use Becker‘s Skillsmaster videos to learn the format they expect, but how do you practice writing the content based on what the question is asked?

Honestly, I wouldn’t even bother studying for the writing portion. You already know the format and that is all you should worry about since you don’t know what the topic that you will have to write about will be. Remember that it is computer graded so the computer is looking for certain keywords.
To be honest, when I took the test, on two of the questions, I had no idea what the question was asking. I’m pretty sure that on my answer, I rephrased the question a couple of times and wrote sentences using keywords that I thought the computer would be looking for. If you read my answers, they weren’t actually answering the question. Somehow, I still score above average on the writing portion.
