I’m going to be a whiny crybaby for a moment and I need ya’ll to knock some sense into me, please. I’m down to one more test (assuming I passed AUD which I think I did). I just can’t get motivated to study for REG. I even took yesterday off of work and didn’t study. Today I’ve done very little. Since I took AUD on 5/22, I have only had one good study day; the rest has come in drips and drabs. I guess what I’m asking for from my fellow Ninjas is to pretend you’re my drill sergeants and strike some fear into me.

    Thank you.

P.S. Good luck to everyone who is either finished and waiting for your test results or those of you like me trying to make it through one more.

I recommend starting off with tax. Get the hard stuff out of the way first. Leave the business law for last. It helps to have a schedule in excel of what you need to cover each each week.

    FAR- 88- 6/16- (Ninja Avg. 74%)
    REG- 89- 7/16- (Ninja Avg. 77%)
    AUD- 95- 8/16- (Ninja Avg. 81%)
    BEC- 82- 9/16- (Ninja Avg. 75%)

    FAR - June 2016 - 88
    REG - July 2016 - 89
AUD - Aug 2016 - review phase currently

I discovered beach sounds today. I know it sounds weird, but it soothing and makes feel like I'm enjoying summer. This was always going to b tough. The fact u passed 2 is awesome!
Push thru this and just commit to 2 hours a day. I think once I set a schedule, u will feel motivated.
    Congrats! Don't lose those 2 u have!

I agree with circadian's method. Do tax first. I hated tax, so I struggled when I studied for REG. Believe or not, I am pursuing an MST now. You will never get bored in tax. You could do this. Good luck!

Same situation pretty much retook REG on 5/22 and now I have to wait for the results and left FAR for last… I haven't started studying all I have been doing is reading and taking notes. Usually I give myself two weeks off but seems it has led to three weeks now. But I promised myself I will start tomorrow.

I know exactly how you feel.

What if you went ahead and scheduled your test? I struggled getting into a rhythm with REG. I've been studying for it for 5 months and I'm FINALLY almost done. It wasn't until I realized my NTS for REG and AUD expires in September so I have to take them both by 9/10 that I was like “hmm..I guess I better get my butt in gear!”

Now that i have both my tests scheduled and I know the end (hopefully) is in sight, I've been much more disciplined. I also printed out calendars through September and set deadlines for each chapter to keep me on task. Now rather than half-studying for an hour or two an evening, I know exactly what I need to get done each night in order to stay on track.

Also, think of something that you will be able to enjoy once you are done and use that as motivation. For me, I despised studying through football season last year and I am going to do everything in my power to not have to do that again. My husband also has a couple weeks off at the end of September and we are taking a trip. I would love nothing more than to be freed from this test while we are gone.

    You're ALMOST done!! Keep pushing!!!
