I am in California and we been order to shelter in place. It seems like everything will be closed for many months, i was planning on retaking FAR in May and i am highly doubt that any testing will be going for many months. Is anyone feel like studying same thing over and over just going to drive everyone crazy?

No keep studying to shoot for that perfect score of 99. I rather get 99 than a 75 for sure for my personal satisfaction

I had a similar experience studying for FAR. I intended to take the exam on a certain date, but the state board was very delayed with my approval. I stopped studying while I waited for them to approve me (it seriously took over 2 months) in order to prevent burnout, then once they approved me, I spent about a month reviewing the information before I sat. I did end up passing that exam, so I think it worked well for me (but as with everything on this exam, everyone is different).

I'm in CA too. I am on the same boat. Was planning on FAR retake early April but not sure when our SIP will be lifted. I've stopped studying considering I'm super stressed out about this and the impact it will have on my family business as well as help out as much as I can. It sucks, but if your mind isn't there, studying won't be effective.

When they re-open the testing centers, everyone who stopped studying will rush to schedule seats 6-8 weeks out.

What will most people do? Stop studying.

    Do the opposite.

If you are trending in the 80s in the subject you're supposed to be testing for, move on to the next section and get a head start on that one. Don't forget to keep going back to study the section you previously mastered so you will stay ready when the testing centers open back up.

I have been on this journey off and on for over 10 years. I think it's about time that I wrap this up.
