Hmm, it's March. So I would start looking, but I wouldn't start applying. Look for places you want to apply for and start applying near the END of april. A PA manager once told me that I should apply for jobs in May. Most firms are in busy season so they probably won't have time to conduct interviews. Also, when's your BEC exam? If you passed BEFORE the end of april, you can add it to your resume and say that you're 3/4 done. Most firms will LOVE that, that's hoping you already have 150 units too. I haven't applied to public accounting firms since last year and I guess most places won't consider you if you don't have 150 units.
I graduated Sept 2014 (so around the same time as you), nat'l/regional/bigger firms might be harder to get into since they're really in campus recruiting. Smaller firms will be a little easier to get into, I just want you to be wary of them since they tend to be less stable, at least from my recent experience.
Since you've been working temp full time, does your work place have a CPA that can sign off your hours? If you get licensed around the summer, I'm pretty sure you have a decent shot at the bigger firms. Update your linkedin that you've passed 2 out of 4 and for everything else. You can do it!
