1st MCQ testlet had lots of calculations. 2nd testlet was more conceptual with calculation type questions sprinkled here and there. I actually felt the 2nd testlet was easier than the first? Is that abnormal? Simulations were definitely a beast. Like holy shit lol

Don't get too upset about it. The second testlet could've just “felt” easier than the first because you knew the material a little better on those questions, even if the difficulty level of the questions was higher. I know it's hard, but try to move on to studying for REG. It will help get your mind off how you did on FAR.
